You’ve been disconnected from QuickBooks.

You will no longer be able to import and make currency transactions from QuickBooks directly in the CastleFX platform.

If you’d like to reconnect your QuickBooks account:

  1. In your CastleFX platform, go to the Tools tab.
  2. Click Connect to QuickBooks.
  3. Authorize the connection to CastleFX again.

Why did this happen?

User disconnected

The connection was manually disconnected from the CastleFX platform (most common).

Authorization expired

QuickBooks requires periodic re-authorization.

Admin or company change

Permissions or the QuickBooks company file was changed.

What happens to my data?

Nothing breaks in CastleFX

Your CastleFX account remains active. Only syncing is affected.

No action needed unless you want syncing

You may leave the integration disconnected.
